Our attorney, Ellen M. Kaplan, Esq., has been a practicing attorney since 1991. She is a member in good standing with both the Florida Bar and the Nebraska Bar. Ms. Kaplan is a member of the Florida Adoption Council and Florida Justice Association (formerly American Trial Lawyers Association).
In addition to being an attorney, Ms. Kaplan is also a registered nurse who has worked extensively in the field of labor and delivery. Her knowledge and compassion helps promote a caring experience for both the birth parents and the adoptive parents.
