OUR PROGRAMS
The Law Offices of Ellen M. Kaplan, P.A. provide domestic adoption services for the placement of both infants and toddlers in adoptive homes of all ethnic and religious backgrounds. We also provide placement services for single parents and inter-racial families. When making a match, we take into consideration the needs and desires of both the birth parents and the adoptive parents. Paramount in all of our matches is what is in the best interest of the child. We are sensitive to all preferences that birth parents and adoptive parents may have with regard to race, ethnicity, gender, psycho-social and medical background in order to foster the very best match possible.
(Pursuant to current Florida law, we are unable to consider placements with same sex couples or individuals who are not heterosexual.)
